Provides overall strategic leadership, organizational governance, donor and partner engagement, resource mobilization, and oversight of programme quality, financial accountability, and institutional compliance. He has extensive experience in managing multi-sectoral programs involving livelihoods, youth and women empowerment, peacebuilding, community resilience, and local institutional strengthening.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Procurement and Logistics Management from Nkumba University, Uganda. Her experience includes financial administration, budget monitoring, procurement processes, financial reporting, management of advances and liquidations, documentation, and compliance with organizational and donor procedures. She has supported programme teams to maintain proper financial records and ensure accountability and timely utilization of project resources.

He is an experienced Programs Officer with over 17 years of experience in humanitarian, development, and educational programming in South Sudan. He has extensive experience in project cycle management, education, food security and livelihoods, and community-driven development.

Deng He holds a Bachelor of Banking and Finance from Starford University of South Sudan. He has 9 years of professional experience in finance and grants management. His experience includes financial administration, budget monitoring, financial reporting, management of advances and liquidations, documentation, and compliance with organizational and donor procedures. He supports programme teams to maintain proper financial records and ensure accountability and timely utilization of project resources.

Mr. James is an experienced Programs Manager with over James has over 17 years of experience in humanitarian, development, and peacebuilding programming in South Sudan and Kenya. He holds a Master of Arts in Development and Emergency Practice from Oxford Brookes University, UK (2021) and a Master of Arts in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Juba (2026). He has extensive experience in project cycle management, food security and livelihoods, community-driven development, agriculture, gender equality, resilience, Cash-for-Work, community mobilization, and partnership management. During his tenure with Oxfam GB, he provided technical and managerial leadership to large-scale livelihoods and Cash-for-Work interventions, including management of field teams and WFP-funded programming in Jonglei State. He also has practical experience in community-based training, GALS, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, and donor reporting.
